Deterministic by design

The AI reads. Your rules price.
A human approves.

OferIQ never invents a number. Every price traces back to your own lists, and every quote waits for a person to send it. Four things it does on its own — none of them guesswork.

01

Hits your catalog

Reads descriptive requests and maps each line to the exact item — by spec, synonym or the customer’s “usual.”

02

Prices from your list

Deterministic, rule-based pricing. The model matches — it never guesses or generates a price out of thin air.

03

Closes the RFQ loop

“On request” items don’t stall the quote — OferIQ chases supplier prices and folds the reply back in.

04

No ERP required

Works without an API — it reads your supplier price lists straight from PDF, and handles requests in your language.

Where margin & hours disappear

Quoting is the most expensive,
manual stage of sales today.

Every inbound request pulls a person off the floor: read it, decode it, dig through price lists, ping suppliers, rebuild margins by hand. Days of work — and the customer is already calling someone else.

Reading requests by hand

Plain-language emails decoded line by line, every single time.

slow

Hunting through price lists

Dozens of supplier PDFs, customer-group rates, last-minute changes.

scattered

Supplier price inquiries

“On request” items stall the whole quote waiting on a reply.

+1–2 days

Margins rebuilt in someone’s head

Discount logic that lives with one person — and walks out the door with them.

margin leak

The customer waits — and leaves

Whoever answers first wins. Slow quotes lose the order outright.

lost deals

Volume you simply can’t absorb

Peak season floods the desk and good requests go unanswered for days.

capped growth
From request to quote — itself

Four steps that happen on their own.

No human in any of them — until the very end, when a rep reviews and sends. The engine does the reading, matching and pricing while you sleep.

01

The customer writes naturally

An email, a chat message, a messy bullet list. No forms, no SKUs, no portal to learn. They write how they always have.

02

AI matches the items

Every position is read and mapped to the exact catalog item — by spec, by synonym, by the “usual” they always order.

03

Prices & margins fill in

Customer-group pricing, discounts and margins applied automatically. “On request” items trigger a supplier inquiry.

04

A quote ready to send

A clean, branded quote lands in the rep’s queue — review, adjust if needed, send. Minutes after the request arrived.

What you get

The whole quoting process,
in one place.

Not another CRM to fill in. An engine that closes the loop — from the first inbound email to a quote that’s ready to reconcile against the order.

AI catalog matching

Reads descriptive requests and maps each line to the right item — even when the customer uses their own names, abbreviations or “the usual.”

Supplier price inquiries

“On request” items don’t stall the quote. OferIQ sends the inquiry, tracks the reply and folds the price back in automatically.

Our moat · the RFQ loop

“On request” items
that price themselves.

The lines that usually freeze a quote — the ones a supplier has to price — close the loop on their own. No spreadsheet ping-pong, no forgotten follow-ups.

  • One tokenized link per supplier. No login, no account — they open it, type the purchase price, done.
  • The price flows straight into the quote. Your margin rules apply automatically the moment it lands.
  • Nothing is left hanging. OferIQ tracks who has replied and nudges the ones who haven’t.

Is OferIQ right for you?

The more of these you recognise,
the bigger the payback.

OferIQ is built for distributors and wholesalers whose sales desks live in their inbox.

A large technical catalog

Thousands of SKUs that no one keeps fully in their head.

Descriptive requests

Customers describe what they need instead of sending part numbers.

Project-based quoting

Multi-line jobs, bills of materials, repeat sites and frameworks.

Prices per customer group

Different rates and discounts for different buyers.

“On request” items

Lines that depend on a supplier reply before you can price them.

Price lists in PDF

Supplier pricing trapped in documents and spreadsheets.

Best-fit customers

Distributors of 10–150 people with an inside-sales desk of 3–20 — owner, managing director or head of sales drowning in quote requests.

Two barriers we remove

No clean machine-readable catalog yet? We structure it. No modern ERP/API? We read your price lists straight from PDF.

How OferIQ is different

Not a spreadsheet.
Not your ERP. Not enterprise CPQ.

The tools you already have weren’t built to read a customer’s email and turn it into a priced quote. Here’s where OferIQ sits.

95%

Cut quoting cost

The work of several people, absorbed — without adding headcount as volume grows.

Shrink the sales cycle

Days to minutes. The quote goes out while the customer is still deciding.

Protect margin

Discount and margin logic enforced in code — no quote slips below the floor.

Reconcile cleanly

One quote number ties the request, the order and the supplier back together.

How we start

Live in weeks — without a clean catalog or a modern ERP.

We meet your data where it is today. You don’t restructure anything before you see value; we do the heavy lifting and you go live on a controlled set of customers.

01

Import your price lists

Exports, spreadsheets, even supplier PDFs. We structure them into a machine-readable catalog — no IT project required.

02

Tune on your real requests

We calibrate matching and pricing on your own past inquiries, so the engine speaks your customers’ language from day one.

03

Pilot on selected customers

Go live on a controlled set you choose. Every quote is reviewed before it’s sent while you build trust in the output.

04

Expand across the desk

Roll out to more customers and suppliers once the numbers add up — at the pace that suits your team.

No blockers to start: no clean catalog, no API and no PDF too messy to read.
Good to know

Frequently asked questions.

Where do prices come from — does the AI make them up?
No. Prices always come from your data: catalog price lists, customer-group rates and supplier replies. The AI reads and matches — your rules set the numbers. Nothing is invented.
How do I load my catalog?
However it exists today — exports, spreadsheets, even supplier PDFs. We structure it into a machine-readable catalog as part of onboarding, so a missing “clean” catalog is never a blocker.
Will it replace my salespeople?
It replaces the manual grind, not the judgement. Reps stop decoding emails and chasing PDFs and spend their time reviewing, advising and closing — handling far more volume without burning out.
Does it work in my industry?
If you quote from a catalog with customer-specific pricing, yes. Product and price logic is configured per company — water, electrical, pumps, steel, HVAC, fasteners and more already fit the model.
How does the supplier portal work — is it secure?
Each supplier gets a unique, tokenized link tied to one inquiry — no account, no password. They only ever see the line they’re pricing, nothing else about the quote or customer. Links can expire and be revoked at any time.
What does onboarding look like?
We structure your catalog, connect your price lists and customer groups, and tune the matching on your real past requests. You go live on a controlled set of customers, then expand once you trust the output.

Bring a few of your own messy requests. We’ll run them through OferIQ live and show you a quote generated from your real catalog — in the meeting.

  • 30-minute call. We map your quoting flow and show the engine on your data.
  • No clean catalog needed. A price list in any form is enough to start.
  • No commitment. See the output first, decide later.
